General Information

The EXTRA is an artillery rocket system developed and manufactured by Israel Military Industries (IMI) and used by the Israeli army. It was also purchased by Azerbaijan and Vietnam.

In 2016 the Israeli Army acquired new EXTRA rockets.

It has also an air-launched version called Rampage, that entered production in 2019 for the F-35 fighter jets.

It has a maximum range of 150km with a 120kg unitary warhead and accuracy of 10m CEP.

In 2020 the rockets were reported to be used in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict by Azerbaijan.[1]Rockets, Cluster Munitions And Missiles Rain Down On Armenian And Azerbaijani Civilians

The System is in use by the Israeli Artillery Corps since 2016.
